What clients say
I've been going to Kyle for training for a little over a year, and I still get excited to go each time! The gym itself is welcoming and stress free, and Kyle has a ton of patience with my endless questions. He helped me reach my goal last year, and now we're moving on to more goals for the next several months! It had been decades since I was in a gym and I needed a switch from running, and this fits the bill perfectly for me!
We love training with Kyle; he has an athletic approach focusing on strength, conditioning and mobility which consistently has us trying new things and pushing ourselves in different ways, which in turn allows us to see real results on our fitness journey.
I'm an island senior and was looking to get back into a more structure routine to improve upon my physical strength and overall physical wellbeing. In my quest, I was very fortunate to have Kyle as my personal trainer for a 2 month period this year. Kyle is extremely knowledgeable in his field and has a very collaborative teaching style. I was able to improve my physical stamina and strength and several months later I'm still using the skills he taught me. Kyle pushes you to achieve your goals and I appreciated this even at times when I may have been struggling. I would highly recommend Kyle to anyone looking for a personal trainer who will challenge you while at the same time be there at all times to assist you. I very thankful to have had Kyle as my personal trainer.
I enjoy training at K2 during my off-seasons. Kyle's knowledge for training has helped me see major improvements in strength and speed and he helps me prepare for the demands of a busy hockey schedule.
